Olive pickle is a well-known pickle, but many people make this pickle in many ways. I have made pickles in different ways, but today I suddenly saw a video on YouTube that I liked very much, so I quickly went to the market and bought raw olives. It looks much more beautiful. I will share the photography. You will definitely see it.
Then I washed and cleaned them well, then dried them in the sun for a while. After drying, I cut them into small pieces with a salad cutter. But it looks very small, as you can definitely understand from the photography.
Then I dried what I did well in the sun, then I used spices as needed in it, which looks much more beautiful and tastes good too. Especially, you should try to increase the amount of sugar a little because if the amount of sugar is made, it tastes good too.
Again, many people have diabetes problems and can make this pickle by reducing the amount of sugar, but you can never use excess oil in this pickle because if you use excess oil, it will not taste good. So, avoid using excess oil and of course, dry it in the sun after it is ready.
Olives contain a lot of vitamin C, which many of us know, and many of us eat raw olives, but I don't like raw olives very much, as if my teeth were completely damaged and I couldn't eat them, which is why I avoid this food. However, the more olives you eat, the more your vitamin C problem will go away.
And those who can't eat sour can boil them a little and then make olive pickle. This pickle also looks tempting and tastes good. I also wanted to boil it, but my husband was saying no, so I just hoped to see how it tastes, but according to the words, I liked it a lot more. The pickle was much more fun to eat. In the next stage, I will definitely share some photographs of it with you.
Another thing to keep in mind is that when you make this pickle, keep the things a little away from the children, because if the children see these things and try to eat them, then the pickle is not very good. I think that everyone will be well and healthy like today.
