Raw mango marmalade

How are you all I hope you all are doing very well by the grace of Allah so friends today I will discuss with you a new topic that is the moment of making pickles with mangoes although I found it very difficult for the first time to do anything. Either was fixed later.

The first thing I did was to clean the mango very well because it has to be pierced with a slotted spoon so much that you don't know if the sugar juice can get into every place but the mango will be very sour and not very good to eat.

After peeling all the mangoes I started to poke holes in them with a fork. It took me a long time because my mother said that if each hole is in the right place, the sugar veins will enter properly and it will be good to eat.

The first time it was a bit difficult but Alhamdulillah I managed to do it right. Once the hole is pierced with a fork spoon, then you have to squeeze out the mango juice well with a clean cloth.

Then I put the pot in the oven and put sugar and salt in it and along with it bay leaves cloves cardamom because these with sugar juice make a nice granola which is very good for eating.

After that I gave the mangoes and boiled them well. You can see how tempting it looks. It is so much fun to eat that I can't explain to you. If you want, you can also make mango marmalade in this way by adopting a simple method. Everyone will be fine like today, Allah Hafeez.
