Hello Blurtters!!

How are you all? Writing this post now at the Mactan Cebu International Airport while waiting for our flight. Finally the day has arrived for our trip to Manila.

This is my entry for @blurtpilipinas contest #12, What are my plans for Christmas 2021?

This trip is a major part of our plan for Christmas 2021. We will be spending our Christmas holiday with my husband's parents and siblings. This is will be the first time celebrating the holidays with them.

PLAN FOR CHRISTMAS DAY

We planned to have a family gathering on Christmas day exclusive for my husband's parents and siblings with their respective families (wives and children). No aunts and cousins 😁. Just us. We wanted this Christmas experience to be special for the whole family.

Of course, food will always be present and the presents!! My husband and I have prepared simple presents for the family. We don't have much but we want to share what we can afford.

We have been waiting for this moment to arrive to celebrate Christmas with my in-laws. My husband misses his parents and brothers.

This is basically our plan for Christmas. At the moment, praying for a safe travel to Manila since a typhoon is about to landfall.

By the way, this is our youngest daughter's first time to ride on a plane.

¿Cómo estáis todos? Escribiendo este post ahora en el aeropuerto internacional de Mactan Cebú mientras esperamos nuestro vuelo. Por fin ha llegado el día de nuestro viaje a Manila.

Esta es mi entrada para el concurso #12 de @blurtpilipinas, ¿Cuáles son mis planes para la Navidad 2021?

Este viaje es una parte importante de nuestro plan para la Navidad 2021. Pasaremos nuestras vacaciones de Navidad con los padres y hermanos de mi marido. Será la primera vez que celebremos las fiestas con ellos.

PLAN PARA EL DÍA DE NAVIDAD

Planeamos tener una reunión familiar el día de Navidad exclusiva para los padres y hermanos de mi esposo con sus respectivas familias (esposas e hijos). Nada de tías y primos 😁. Sólo nosotros. Queríamos que esta experiencia navideña fuera especial para toda la familia.

¡¡¡Por supuesto, la comida siempre estará presente y los regalos!!! Mi marido y yo hemos preparado regalos sencillos para la familia. No tenemos mucho, pero queremos compartir lo que nos podemos permitir.

Hemos estado esperando a que llegara este momento para celebrar la Navidad con mis suegros. Mi marido echa de menos a sus padres y hermanos.

Este es básicamente nuestro plan para la Navidad. De momento, rezando por un viaje seguro a Manila ya que un tifón está a punto de tocar tierra.
