Today, I want to share one of my favorite Filipino street foods: "Kwek-kwek." It's made of quail eggs covered with orange batter and fried until crispy.
While I was lying in bed, my sister randomly messaged me to ask if I wanted something to eat. Kwek-kwek came to my mind, so I asked my sister if our neighbor was selling Kwek-kwek outside.
She said yes, so I immediately grabbed my shirt, preparing to go to my mother's house where my sister lives to get the money. (Because she said she would buy me food for merienda)."
"By the way, the deliciousness of kwek-kwek is based on its sauce. There are many types of sauces you can choose from: vinegar sauce with onions, sweet sauce, and hot sauce. But for me, I prefer the sweet sauce."
