Hi guys. I hope your familiar with the food Siomai. Siomai means steamed Chinese dumplings and is made of ground pork, shrimp, chopped singkamas and carrots, spring onions, egg, sesame oil, fresh ground pepper and siomai wraper.
It is so famous in Cebu, Philippines and specially Siomai in Tisa. I think every Cebuano already tasted siomai.
Now, their are some Siomai that upgraded their suace into corned beef and even made of prawns or hipon but for me I still prefer the original sauce of siomai sa tisa.
