PANLASANG PINOY (PORK LECHON KAWALI)

Good evening to all my fellow stemians. Tonight I would like to share this mouth watering dish we had for dinner. This dish is called lechong kawali. It is like making lechon but by just using a pan or "kawali" in Filipino dialect.

In making Lechon kawali you still need to marinate the pork with salt and pepper for an hour. Then deep fry the pork until it will look like the one in the picture. It is like chicharon too, so crunchy and tasty.

Warning: this dish may not be good for your heart if you eat this on a daily basis. lol. Dip it on ketchup or sauce made of soy sauce, vinegar and calamansi extract to have its perfect eating experience.
