BANANA BUD BALLS (BOLA BOLA NA PUSO NG SAGING)

Hi guys. Earlier today, me and my friends decided to cook something that is not usually cooked by people. It's called (bola bola nga puso sa saging).

It is made out of banana buds that is chopped in small pieces which will be cooked like meatballs but the meat is replaced with banana buds.

I didn't capture the whole process of the cooking but here's some images that i would like to share to you guys.

Cooking it until in turns into brown.

and it's done. Crispy in the outside and tender and tasty in the inside. You can dip it into some sauce or ketchup to make it more appetizing.
