If you are not familiar with what a mudra is;
they are specific hand positions for spiritual growth and healing.

Hamsi Mudra; is a very simple one to hold;
and can be done in any position, such as while walking, meditating, sitting, etc.

The benefits of holding Hamsi Mudra:
Eases depression and sadness, evokes feelings of lightness and laughter. It benefits the lungs and the large intestine.
And it helps removing obstacles in one's life.

The correct position of this mudra:
Join the tips of the middle, ring and little fingers with the tip of the thumb. Extend the index finger.

Much love, Petra 💜

Interesting, I'll try it. Should I put pressure? It doesn't matter which hand, left or right?

The side doesn't matter much. Whichever way is more comfortable. And dont apply pressure. Just lighly. . .💜🙏🏻let me know what you experience
