Big storms in the Northern Hemisphere

Some pretty big storms hit this area.

Hurricane Force Winds.

Many Trees and Power lines are down. The Power is out for 1 Million people.

While we were walking in the storm a tree branch broke off a large Tree and flew across the road and into this house. Don’t build houses with plastic.

That's a buzz kill for Bitcoin Pizza Day, I hope you still managed to get a slice with all that power outage and what not.

Yes… we were prepared to cook our pizza on the BBQ … but the power came back on by 3:00 pm. My beer was a little warm. But we need to find someone to fix the hole in our roof before it rains again.

If only we were not a country apart, my family friend is a 23 year old roofer with a lot of ambition lol

Good line of work to be in these days. Roofers are all very busy over here repairing roofs. Seems like we get one of these wicked thunderstorms every summer now. I’m just happy to be alive.

Really sympathetic! When nature hits so hard , it only shows our vulnerability before it .
I hope things are resolved soon and normalcy returns .
My heart with those who are hit by nature’s destructive power
