While not actually the spider but evidence of the spider. Look at the beautiful web with the morning dew in the GREEN grass.
I saw this little guy's home while walking around the field behind my shop.
Just look at all those GREEN trees and GREEN grass, perfect hunting grounds for a spider..
I couldn't get the little guy to come out and say hi but I'm sure he was around.
Spiders are truly amazing creatures, one of natures supreme hunters. Some spiders build webs to catch there pray while others build nest like this and leap out to attack.
Fun fact, almost ALL spiders are venomous with only a couple species of spider being non-venomous. But not to worry there are only a few species of spiders that have venom that is harmful to humans. We only have two in our area the notorious Black Widow and the Brown Recluse, both are extremely rare.
Maybe next time you will think twice before stomping one of these creepy, ugly, amazing creatures as they crawl by.
