Here are my photos for today’s #blurtphoto #colorchallenge
Wednesday Yellow
It’s the Sale tag on this old Typewriter I saw in an old Antique shop in Almonte Ontario 🇨🇦
I didn’t buy the typewriter, I wish I had.
I did however buy 2 old Maple syrup buckets and taps for my Maple Tree.
We went on to tap our 2 Trees and make our own Maple Syrup in the back yard, over a bonfire …
It took a lot of wood to boil down those 40 litres of Maple water to about 1 litre of Maple syrup.
No wonder Maple Syrup is so expensive.
This is some Digital Art that I made from that photography…
Happy Tuesday to all you #colorchallenged BlurtPhoto hunters out there in Blurt land.
I had one of those typewriters. How much was it?
It still worked.
In the Soviet Union, every typewriter had some flaw inserted as an identity code - so they could track anybody who wrote the truth.
I can’t remember the price… probably around $300… I found this similar one on Etsy just now …

gosh - i paid like $20 for mine in the UK - that's what happens when junk turns into a "collectible" haha
A bit of TLC, oil and a new ribbon and mine worked too :-)
Yeah… call it antique and you can sell for a lot more.
Nice
Typewriters have nice sound when going into next raw
Best way to write a book. An old Underwood Typewriter
