My team is led by product. We have a lot of tech debt I wish to promote but product is always looking for the quick wins.
Quick win is a philosophy, it a greedy algorithm. Any established philosophy will advice not to follow greedy algorithms. Quick fixes and quick wins are the best way to fail in the long run.
So whats the best way to convey this to product?
