A good article about kidness, and I do agree with you with much of what you are talking about.
However, my experience is that as most people do follow your example of kidness and transform it to others, there are always those people that take advantage ot the situation. They exploit your kidness to gain more for them selfs. A narcissist will always try to get more from you, just by playing on your emotions.
