Visit to Haggle Garden !

This is our first destination of the year end trip. The Hakgala Botanical Garden, one of the main botanical garden in Sri Lanka and this one is very famous for flowers. Hakgala Botanical Garden is located in Nuwara Eliya, which has a perfect climate for flower plants. As expected the garden was full of flowers, specially roses took my attention form their collection.

Hakgala Botanical Garden is situated on the Nuwara Eliya-Badulla main road, 16 km from Nuwara Eliya and extents for about 28 hectares. The garden has a cool temperate climate because of altitude is 5,400 feet above sea level. The mean annual temperature ranges between 16 °C to 30 °C during the course of a year. From December to February it has a cold climate, while the warm climate persists from April to August.source

The environment was really beautiful with the misty climate. We walked here and there through the garden for around 1 hour. Our little vihan also joined us. It was lightly raining... all the area was very wet looking and I love that vibe.
