Sri Lanka ! What is the best place to donate ?

Found this photograph when going through the internet which has a very deep meaning. Sri Lanka is going through a difficult period , economically and our free medial system is failing due to many reasons. Even there are lot of places where common people can donate to our health system, people tend to donate millions to build these religious structures which is a trend currently in Sri Lanka. There are many sides and there can be different views. But one thing is clear , funds have been not received where it needs most !
