This is to give an update on the recent changes to Blurtwallet triggered by a discussion in Blurt’s discord server's #dev channel regarding users powering up all of their liquid Blurt. This results to a poor user experience because the user won't be able to make another transaction due to lack of liquid Blurt.

- Added new validation message
leave_1_blurt: "Leave at least 1 BLURT for transaction fees."
- Modified
ui/wallet/src/app/components/modules/Transfer.jsx- Added validation logic to check if remaining balance will be at least 1 BLURT after the transaction
- Subtract 1 BLURT (the amount that will be left) when user clicks on the
balancelink
