I got stopped by a Canadian Pacific train with foreign power with a Norfolk Southern loco trailing. I spotted an SD70MAC on a CSX train.
Foreign power is when a railroad borrows someone else's locomotives. The Canadian Pacific train had a Norfolk Southern locomotive trailing, that foreign power.
