I saw this Allamanda shrub by the side of the road, growing in the yard of a house that seemed to be specially planted as a hedge.
Allamanda's blossoms were golden yellow like trumpets, glistening in the strong afternoon sun.
But Allamanda's bushes looked unkempt and almost like weeds if these beautiful flowers had not covered them.
