Having a little fun with photos of some of the wildflowers growing in our garden.
I don't know what these are called; they remind me a little of hollyhocks, but are not:
In some ways, they also remind me a bit of a pink hibiscus.
The color is very rich and textured, especially in the sun:

Thought I'd throw in a black-and-white version, just for art's sake... not as crisply focused as I would have liked.
