I live in the town of Spišská Nová Ves, which, in addition to being the gateway to the Slovak Paradise, has a zoo.
This zoo is the smallest and also the youngest zoo in Slovakia. But it definitely has something to offer its visitors. I regularly enjoy it every year.
Most tourists visit Spišská Nová Ves because of the tourism and history of the Spiš region. The zoo is thus a pleasant way to diversify your holiday.
