All photos taken by me with a Fujifilm Finepix A210 except where noted, with some Lightroom post processing.
This is a continuation of my little Utah series of posts. This is from a trip I did back in 2010. Here is a link to the first post: https://blurt.world/blurtography/@oldmans/my-property-utah-series-1
So we left my property and started heading south for the hour long drive along HWY 18 to St. George, UT. Just before St. George we stopped at Snow Canyon State Park.

Here we are at the first stop starting a little walk onto some sandstone mounds.
I really liked the mixture or rock colors... red, white, black and all the varying shades.
And then to see a rock formation that seemingly held all the colors and shades at once. Truly amazing!
The twin of the sandstone mound we are currently walking on. :)
Taken by my travel partner with a Nikon E4600
A little pano put together in Lightroom.
Our camp spot for the night at Quail Creek State Park outside Hurricane UT.
Sunset at camp and a look toward tomorrows adventure in the distance... Zion NP.

Stay tuned. Still to come, hikes in Zion and a visit to Bryce Canyon.
Thanks for looking and enjoy your day!
