Some beautiful red this year on the Autumn Blaze Maple Tree I planted 20 years ago.
I think this is my favourite tree now.
It is a hybrid Red and Silver Maple. Only problem is that it will get huge.
We tap this Tree for Maple Syrup in the Spring so it is also the kids favourite tree. There is nothing like home made Maple syrup on pancakes every weekend.
We have a lot of yellows, but not as many reds it seems this year. I do love those bright red maples!
We have a lot of orange this year. I would like to plant a maple tree that goes bright orange but not sure what those are ? Our Sugar Maple is always a blend of green yellow and orange.
