When our brain is tired it's very hard to recover immediately. Unlike people who are working labor jobs, their bodies only get tired. From just resting, taking a nap or sleeping will soon relieve the tiredness of the body. Most people who have stress are those workers who are working in offices. The paper works are very hassled that even after the working hours the workload is still on their mind. That's why, unlike laborers, those who work in offices experience continuous exhaustion. We can't escape our work because that's how we provide food, etc. However, there are ways to handle it well so as not to be stressed our whole life.

We can always rely on nature in times like this. We should heal the burden of our responsibilities. All we need is to think of things to do and I have an idea of how. Well, I guess we all know but we just refused to recognize it as helpful ways. Yes, I'm talking about enjoying life and what nature offers us.

Gardening. This kind of activity is very helpful to relieve stress. Either flowers, plants, or vegetables. Any of them will be helpful because for that time just by taking care of the plants our brain will be entertained. Not just enjoying it but also loving it and that makes this kind of activity very efficient.

I am not stressed as other people do. There is just a time I feel like being tired of thinking about many things. I have a job and that is labor work, it's kind of tiring that sometimes I blamed myself for not pursuing the Degree I finished. Well, it's not always because of my happiness to abandon it and decided to live in our place and accept any type of work that can possibly earn money. I'm not regretting or anything, it's just that tiring days turned out to be self-pitying. It's silly but there were days like that and that, just let it be.

Earlier today I took a walk which is what I've been doing for almost a week now. I think it's very beneficial because I feel lighter each day when I'm doing so. I'm enjoying the view, sometimes because of the pretty things I saw and just nothing. I just love the feeling of seeing random things compared to when I was inside the house and used a mobile phone. The flowers and the vegetables caught my feelings and felt easy. I'm not sure how to say it but it's like letting myself be carried out by nature's beauty. All of a sudden I felt something good and thanks to the plants I saw.

The time spent in the garden is not just escaping the worries but also forgetting the things to make mental health unhealthy. Just removing grasses or just sightseeing will be plenty enough to make someone feels thankful in life instead of cursing it. That's why don't waste time worrying if there is something you can do to avoid it.

Paul is the name but prefers to be called mrnightmare that feels like living in the dream. A country boy and a dreamboy (dreamer) who likes to stay in a small village even though it means abandoning the future to become a seaman. The passion is writing but not sailing in the vast ocean. Don't wonder if the face will not be shown, this is better where the words can flow smoothly. Come, you can tell me your stories and I'll tell you mine. Together, let's explore the world by broadening our thoughts. If you need a shoulder I can lean you mine and I hope I can lean yours. The world is fun when living is not being alone but with someone.
