Eggplant and Bitter Melon - Garden Update || Aubergine und Bittermelone - Garten-Update

Hello there Blurtters!!

How is everyone doing? I hope everything is well with everyone. Today I am going to give you a little update about the vegetables I have in my garden. One of the eggplants has produced a another single fruit. It is not much but and it makes me happy. :)

Few more days and it will be ready for harvest.

Two weeks ago or so, I made a post about the bitter melon flower and it was unfortunate that some of its "fruits" have withered after I made that post.

But today I am glad that it has produced more flowers and this time there are also more small bitter melons.

This time I will wrap these small fruits with paper to protect it from insects and from pests. This way it can grow bigger and can soon be ready for harvest.

By the way the seeds of this bitter melon plant came from our kitchen scraps. From the bitter melon bought at the grocery store. I planted the seeds and now it is bearing fruits.

The saying that says " You reap what you sow" is very true.

Hallo ihr Blurtters!!

Wie geht es euch allen? Ich hoffe, dass alles gut mit allen ist. Heute werde ich Euch ein kleines Update über das Gemüse geben, das ich in meinem Garten habe. Eine der Auberginen hat eine weitere einzelne Frucht produziert. Es ist nicht viel, aber und es macht mich glücklich :)

Hier sind Fotos davon.

Die Aubergine wurde 3 Tage vor dem nächsten Foto aufgenommen.

Ein paar Tage mehr und es wird bereit für die Ernte sein.

Vor zwei Wochen oder so, habe ich einen Beitrag über die Bittermelonenblüte gemacht und es war bedauerlich, dass einige ihrer "Früchte" verwelkt sind, nachdem ich diesen Beitrag gemacht habe.

Aber heute bin ich froh, dass sie mehr Blüten produziert hat und dieses Mal gibt es auch mehr kleine Bittermelonen.

Dieses Mal werde ich diese kleinen Früchte mit Papier umwickeln, um sie vor Insekten und Schädlingen zu schützen. So kann sie größer werden und ist bald erntereif.

Übrigens stammen die Samen dieser Bittermelonenpflanze aus unseren Küchenabfällen. Von der im Supermarkt gekauften Bittermelone. Ich habe die Samen eingepflanzt und jetzt trägt sie Früchte.

Das Sprichwort "Man erntet, was man sät" ist sehr wahr.

Wir hoffen auf weitere Ernte in unserem kleinen Garten.
