This roll has become my favorite recipe!
Dough:
3 eggs
90 g flour
90 g sugar
Preparation:
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl
Beat with a mixer on high speed for at least 5 minutes, until the sugar is dissolved
The mixture should be white and fluffy.
Sift in the flour.
Mix gently with a spatula until smooth.
Cover the baking tray with paper and pour onto the baking tray.
Spread evenly over the entire surface
Bake for 13-17 minutes at 190 C . Check for doneness with a toothpick.
I put the biscuit on a towel.
And wrapped it up.
Let it cool like this.
Then I removed the paper.
I spread the cream (I have sour cream). If you have a different cream, soak the biscuit with a little syrup.
