Simple cake
Ingredients:
Batter:
● 4 small eggs
● sugar 130 gr
● flour 200 gr
● baking soda (extinguish) 1/3 tsp.
● cocoa 1 tsp without a slide
● any berries to taste ● handful of berries
Cream:
● sour cream 150g
● sugar 2-3 tbsp.
Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar into a very puffy mass, add baking soda and gradually flour. Pour 2/3 of the dough into the mold, add cocoa to the rest of the dough. On top of the white dough place berries, dipped in flour, and dark dough chaotically. Bake at 170-180* 20-30min (check with a match). For the cream, mix the sour cream with the sugar and leave until the sugar dissolves. Cool the cake, you can cut it and soak it, smear it with cream, I just poured it on top.
