Milk pancakes
This is the easiest recipe for pancakes, and they always turn out very tasty.
Ingredients:
Flour - 220 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Milk 2.5% - 600-700 ml.
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Melted or vegetable oil - for frying
Preparation:
- Bring all products to room temperature. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar, beat into a very puffy foam.
- Add half of the milk, mix until smooth. Sift the flour into the bowl and mix until there are no lumps. Pour in the remaining milk and vegetable oil. Mix thoroughly. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough stand for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet vigorously and lightly grease with oil. Bake thin pancakes over high heat. Stack the finished pancakes in a bowl or pan under a lid. Serve hot.
