Custard pancakes on milk😘

Preparation:

  1. Take half a liter of milk.
  2. Beat 2 eggs with a whisk.
  3. Add 1 tsp. baking powder and enough flour to make a dough like pancakes.
  4. Then pour in 1 cup of steep boiling water, stir.
  5. Add 7 tbsp. of vegetable oil.
    The dough is ready!
  6. Fry as usual, on a hot frying pan, on both sides.
