Custard pancakes on milk😘
Preparation:
- Take half a liter of milk.
- Beat 2 eggs with a whisk.
- Add 1 tsp. baking powder and enough flour to make a dough like pancakes.
- Then pour in 1 cup of steep boiling water, stir.
- Add 7 tbsp. of vegetable oil.
The dough is ready! - Fry as usual, on a hot frying pan, on both sides.
