Cake "Carrot"

Ingredients:

For the dough:

Flour - 500-550 g
Sugar - 200 g
Egg - 2 pcs.
Honey - 100 g
Butter - 100 g
Soda - 2 tsp.
Boiled condensed milk - 400 g
Creamy butter - 200 g

Preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar.
  2. Mix butter (100 g) with honey. Melt. Add baking soda and cook until a rich caramel color. Remove from heat. Stir for another 1 minute. Stir in the egg mixture.
  3. Add flour. Knead the dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Form each part into a circle. Roll out.
  5. Bake at 170ºC for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Trim the circles on a plate. Bake all 6 cakes. Cover with a towel while the cream is cooking.
  7. Mix the cooked condensed milk with the butter (200 g). Beat until smooth.
  8. Crumble the trimmings into crumbs in a blender.
  9. Grease the cake with cream. Sprinkle with crumbs. Repeat with all the cakes. Spread cream on the sides of the cake. Sprinkle crumbs on all sides.
