A very chocolatey brownie
A bombastic recipe for all chocolate lovers! Save it to your piggy bank!
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate - 350 g
Butter - 230 g
Brown sugar - 350 g
Eggs - 4 pcs.
Yolks - 2 pcs.
Flour - 160 g
Cocoa - 5-6 tablespoons.
Preparation:
- Put the broken chocolate and butter in a saucepan. On medium heat, melt the chocolate and butter so that you get a uniform and smooth texture. Pour the brown sugar into the mixture and stir well. The heat of the mixture should melt the sugar a bit, this is how you get the right gravy texture.
- Wait a couple minutes and add the 4 eggs and 2 yolks to the mixture, stir again.
- Followed by the flour (160 g) and cocoa (5-6 tbsp). Stir until homogeneous, it is better not to use a mixer, a spatula will be enough, thus we will exclude the appearance of unnecessary bubbles.
- Pour the ready mass into a mold (18x18 cm) lined with parchment.
- Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes. No more! After that, let the brownies cool slightly on a rack and remove from the mold. You will end up with a thin crust of no more than 2 mm on the top and bottom, and a very thick, rich chocolate mass in the center.
- To cut the pieces more beautifully and neatly, hold the brownie (a whole bar) in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then cut into pieces with a hot knife.
