A biscuit that always works!;)

I must confess that to my shame I have never baked a biscuit in my life - I was afraid of them for some reason This was my first time. The sponge cake turned out just fine - soft and airy. When assembling the cake, you can not soak the sponge cake. So to everyone who has problems with sponge cake or fear of it, or if you just need a very good and proven recipe.
You will need:

●Cream butter - 300 g
Sugar - 350 g
Salt (a pinch)
Chicken egg - 6 pcs.
Wheat flour - 300 g
Starch - 100 g
Dough leavening ((15g)) - 1 packet.
●Milk (3,5%) - 100 ml

How to cook:

  1. Beat the butter with sugar and salt until fluffy.
  2. Beat in the eggs one at a time without stopping beating.
Mix the flour with the starch and baking powder and add alternately with the milk to the egg and butter mixture.
  3. Cover the mold with paper and grease the bottom with oil.
Pour the dough and send it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Take out, let cool and cut into cakes.

Bon appetit!
