POTATO ZRAZY WITH MEAT
✅ 1 kg of potatoes
✅ 1 egg
✅ 100 g flour
✅ 1 onion
✅ 300 g minced meat
✅ 1 carrot
✅ Salt, pepper
✅ Herbs
✅ Vegetable oil for frying ⠀
✅ 2 eggs for breading
✅ Breadcrumbs ⠀
Preparation:
📝 For the stuffing, in vegetable oil fry onions until transparent, then add minced meat. When all the liquid evaporates, add carrots, salt and pepper to taste and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add herbs, a couple more minutes and it's ready. ⠀
📝 Boil potatoes in salted water and mashed potato them, add egg and flour, mix. ⠀
📝 Dust a food wrap with flour, lay out the potatoes, shape as in the video.
📝 Then take it out of the foil, dust your hands with flour to keep it from sticking and press down a bit to form a flat cutlet.
📝 Then dip the resulting cutlets in egg, then in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
📝 Place on a paper napkin to remove excess oil and then serve. ⠀
