Spicy pork kebab

Ingredients:

Pork neck - 1,5 kg
Onion - 400 g
Lemon - 1 pc.
Chili - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Mineral water - 300 ml
Ground red sweet pepper - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Dried oregano - to taste
Salt - to taste

Preparation:

  1. Cut the meat into large bars, and half of the onion into 1 cm thick rings. In a separate bowl grate the remaining onion, squeeze lemon juice, put finely chopped chili pepper. Pour in mineral water, oil and spices.
  2. Pour the marinade over the meat with the onions and the halves of the squeezed lemon. Stir, cover and leave to marinate for 2 hours. Thread the pork and onions onto skewers and grill over the coals until the meat is cooked.
