Spicy pork kebab
Ingredients:
Pork neck - 1,5 kg
Onion - 400 g
Lemon - 1 pc.
Chili - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Mineral water - 300 ml
Ground red sweet pepper - to taste
Ground black pepper - to taste
Dried oregano - to taste
Salt - to taste
Preparation:
- Cut the meat into large bars, and half of the onion into 1 cm thick rings. In a separate bowl grate the remaining onion, squeeze lemon juice, put finely chopped chili pepper. Pour in mineral water, oil and spices.
- Pour the marinade over the meat with the onions and the halves of the squeezed lemon. Stir, cover and leave to marinate for 2 hours. Thread the pork and onions onto skewers and grill over the coals until the meat is cooked.
