Sour cream with fat content of 30%

Dark chocolate

Preparation
1․
Cut the gingerbread into three pieces lengthwise. Coarsely chop the pineapples.
2․
Beat the sour cream and sugar with a mixer until the sand is dissolved.

Use more or less sweetener if desired.

Cover a bowl with food wrap. Dip the gingerbread into the cream and place in the bowl in layers, alternating with the pineapple.
4․
Cover with foil on top and place in the refrigerator for at least 7 hours. Save any leftover cream.
5․
Turn the hardened cake upside down onto a plate. Remove the bowl and the foil. Cover the dessert with the remaining cream and drizzle with melted chocolate.
