Pineapple flip fritters ππππ
Ingredients:
Canned pineapples - 1 can
Ripe banana - 3-4 pcs.
Milk - 2 cups
Leavening agent - 2 tsp.
Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Flour - 1.5 cups
Vegetable oil - for frying
Preparation:
- Take the pineapples out of the can, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Mix milk and mashed bananas.
- Add the baking powder, flour and salt to the milk and bananas. Bring the mixture to a smooth consistency.
- Heat a frying pan, pour in the oil and fry the pineapple rings on one side.
- Turn the pineapple slices over and fry them for about 20 seconds.
- Now pour in the batter. Fry until a golden color is formed.
- Flip the fritter to fry the batter on the other side.
- Drizzle with honey or syrup and serve.
