These last few days have been a bit difficult at home, but things are getting back to normal, and my most beautiful gift yesterday afternoon was to realize that one of my cactus is blooming, you can imagine my joy, this little one is also full of small children waiting to be transplanted, but you can imagine that with so much stress I have not even watered my little plants, this is another reason why I love having cacti and succulents, because in these cases of extreme stress in which I completely forget their existence they do not die like other plants.
If it wasn't for my sister-in-law I wouldn't even realize that my Biznaga had not one, but three open flowers giving away its beauty to anyone who could observe it. I immediately jumped for joy and ran for my camera because I could not stop photographing what would be the first cactus flowers in my home.
This Mammillaria Uncinata is only about 8 centimeters in diameter by about 5 or 6 tall, and I can't believe that even so small it is already blooming and bursting with little buds that let me know we will continue to see its beautiful flowers for a few more days.
As I did not know what photo to choose to share with you, I show you the complete session hahaha, so we are proud mothers when our children get achievement, this Biznaga Ganchuda as it is also known, I was about to lose it in the hands of ants, I bought a soil prepared for cactus and succulents (for not knowing how to prepare it myself) and the land came loaded with ants eggs that almost killed all my seedlings.
It is very important to take into account that the aggregate that we use to plant cacti and succulents is adequate and is not full of pests or fungi because we can lose them by ignorance, the idea is to learn to prepare it ourselves so that this type of mishap does not happen to us, I was about to lose this little friend, so to see it bloom filled me even more joy.

Estos últimos días han sido un poco difíciles en casa, pero ya están agarrando nuevamente su cauce y las cosas volviendo a la normalidad, y mi regalo más hermoso de ayer en la tarde fue darme cuenta que uno de mis cactus está floreciendo, se podrán imaginar mi alegría, este pequeño además está repleto de pequeños hijos esperando a ser trasplantados, pero podrán imaginarse que con tanto estrés ni agua les he puesto a mis matitas, esta es otra de las razones por las que amo tener cactus y suculentas, pues en estos casos de estrés extremo en los que olvido por completo su existencia no fallecen como otras platas.
Si no es por mi cuñada ni cuenta me doy de que mi Biznaga tenía no una, sino tres flores abiertas regalándole su belleza a quien la pudiera observar. De inmediato salte de alegría y corriendo fui por mi cámara porque no podía dejar de fotografiar lo que serían las primeras flores de cactus en mi hogar.
Esta Mammilaria Uncinata, tiene apenas unos 8 centímetros de diámetro por unos 5 o 6 de alto, y no puedo creer que aun tan pequeña ya este floreciendo y repleta de pequeños capullos que me hacen saber que seguiremos viendo sus hermosas flores por algunos días más.
Como no sabía que foto elegir para compartirles, les muestro la sesión completa jajaja, así somos las madres orgullosas cuando nuestros hijos obtienen un logro, esta Biznaga Ganchuda como también se le conoce, estuve a punto de perderla en manos de las hormigas, compre una tierra preparada para cactus y suculentas (por no saber prepararla yo) y la tierra venia cargada de huevecillos de hormigas que casi acaban con todas mis plantitas.
Es muy importante tener en cuenta que el agregado que utilicemos para plantar los cactus y suculentas sea el adecuado y no esté lleno de plagas u hongos porque las podemos perder por desconocimiento, lo ideal es aprender a prepararla nosotros mismos para que no nos sucedan este tipo de percances, estuve a punto de perder esta pequeña amiguita, por eso al verla florecer me lleno aún mas de alegría.
