The basket stinkhorn (Clathrus ruber) it's definitely a memorable kind of fungi ...
... both for its shape and its smell. The smell, that resembles the smell of the rotting meat, attracts the flies that will spread the spores, and the basket - shape offers to those flies also a nice shelter in which comfortably feed on the smelly secretion and pick up plenty of spores.
