Good evening, Hive.
Today, February 14th is the day of love and I am looking out Valentine's Day this year diversely. In this present reality where disdain has felt so pervasive, where it has been undeniably more with regards to outrage and disruptiveness, a day commending love, any sort of affection, feels like we are pushing back a little bit kinda.
I always end up with the taglines "One Love" and "love and Peace" and I know that a lot of people are sad and lonely at this time. I realize many will have a tragic outlook on today, some will scrutinize their value, their loveableness.
While I am positive that there's someone out there waiting for you, as you are for them, just love. Love yourself. Love your friends. Love your family. Love your pets I could go on.
