Yo uso en el PC la histórica remove.bg (https://www.remove.bg/)
Funciona muy bien y no requiere ningún tipo de instalación.

Remove es un clásico, alguna vez también lo utilice pero últimamente me mudé al bot ese que les mostré ya que Telegram es una aplicación que siempre uso y cada vez que puedo tener algo de utilidad ahí aprovecho.
