This kind of problem i faced today in the morning. I couldn't open my blog, wallet was opening and i could upvote as well. So told this problem to @zahidsun and he solved it.
Still someone is facing the problem. So I would like to request all blurt developers and witnesses specially dear @megadrive sir and @saboin sir to pay attention towards it.

Yes correct, users that had blank profile info are experiencing issues
