....A quick update on my doggies health issues.
...After 5 days of non stop nose bleeding and eating virtually nothing, Sophia is now well on the way to recovery !
....taking it uber easy is essential in recovery...

Sophia became ill just when it was time for her monthly ivermectin dose for worms and intestinal parasites (is there a DpoS equivalent, I wonder?...More about that in short while).
Anyway's, with our doggie slowly bleeding out via her nostrils, and not eating or drinking much to replenish essential liquids, worry was creeping in...
We decided to give her the ivermectin that we'd refrained from giving here, due to her unknown illness.
(Sophia and pooh bear,our other doggie, have been on a monthly dosage since they were young, and it definitely improves their well being).
So, after managing to get her to nibble on a piece of banana cake (with hidden pill inside – so sneaky!), we waited, and hoped that it might help.
That was three days ago.
Within thirty minutes, the nosebleeds had stopped completely!
And there hasn't been one dribble since.
An hour later, she was eating her first substantial amount of food in a week.
Result !!!
Now its just a matter of re-building up her strength up, and soon she'll be fighting fit again, in no time.
Her head is willing – she 'feels' fine now – but her body has been severely weakened to the blood loss/lack of nutrition and is definitely NOT feeling fine.
What this has meant for the last couple of days is Sophia running out for a crap and then, five minutes later, me picking up and carrying her home, (because she's too knackered to walk back).
On the upside, my week of not doing my daily hundred press-ups (due to caring for our doggie), has been supplemented by my carrying the little bugger at least 200 yards a day on the 'doggie back home, recovery service' that I now seem to have signed up for.
20kg soon starts to weigh on when walking !
So it's all good !
So there's the update for those who were wondering....
Good to hear this update ,. get well Sophia ,. i wish her strength .
But , carrying a to knackered long legged blond girl home ,.. ;-)
I guess it depends on your intentions if that is right or wrong .

Is it hard to get Ivermectin in your neck of the woods? Here is is easier to buy pot, and they do their best to repress it because it works so well on the strain of flu they call covid as well as many other things
No problem at all.
So glad she is okay!
