Peaberry, green beans, and roasted beans are some of the varieties of Arabica Gayo. Peaberry beans, as the name suggests, are small, round, and have a more intense flavor than other Arabica beans. Green beans are unroasted and have a grassy, earthy flavor. Finally, roasted beans are the most commonly used variety of Arabica Gayo and have a sweet, intense flavor.

The process of Gayo coffee is unique and has become known for its high quality. Gayo coffee is traditionally semi-washed, which means the beans are not immersed in water. This allows the beans to retain more of their flavor and intense aroma. Full-washed Gayo is also becoming increasingly popular, as the beans are fully immersed in water and then dried in the sun. Natural Gayo is another variety, which is left to dry in its natural environment, and Honey Gayo is left to dry in a sugary syrup.

No matter how it is processed, Arabica Gayo coffee is sure to provide a delicious, full-bodied cup of coffee with a unique flavor profile. Whether you’re looking for a classic cup of coffee or something a bit more adventurous, Arabica Gayo coffee is sure to satisfy.
