I sipped a cup of arabica espresso at Katoomba Coffee in Bireuen Town. Katoomba Coffee & Roastery serves arabica coffee from Gayo Highlands of Aceh Province. They roasted the coffee there. Usually they roast medium to dark. I like this profile of roasting as the bitter and acidity is balance. I like to drink espresso at the coffee shop.
I got addicted to caffein, but I prefer to drink arabica coffee to robusta. As arabica is less caffein than robusta. Robusta coffee is about 2 times higher in caffein than arabica coffee. Beside that, sometimes I would got palpitation when drinking robusta coffee.
Katoomba Coffee is one of popular coffee shop in Bireuen Town. I recommend to drink arabica espresso at the coffee shop. They serves the best coffee in the town.
