SOTO ayam has been named as one of the best soups along with 19 other types of soup from around the world. Different countries, of course, have their own version of soup with different ingredients and tastes.
Soup is a soup made from broth flavored with nutmeg, pepper, and so on. This soup dish is usually added with side dishes and vegetables as a complement, which makes the taste even more delicious.
Soto Ayam is a soup with a mixture of noodles and chicken, which is also equipped with a variety of spices, ranging from fresh turmeric, cinnamon, lemon grass, to lime leaves. The combination of these spices produces a distinctive aroma and taste and of course arouses the taste buds.
