Today, in such good weather, I decided to go for a walk in the forest, our forest is thick and beautiful. I took my family and decided to go, as soon as we arrived there we heard a smell that cannot be compared with anything. It is the smell of nature.
We collected pine cones and mushrooms, and breathed fresh air, improved our health in nature. I know that a tree can give energy to a person, you need to stand with your back to the tree and touch the tree and stand for 1 minute. I did so, and you know that I felt a surge of strength and just a lot of energy.
I advise everyone to go out into nature and relax.
