Irish coffee, or Irish coffee, is a hot, sweetened coffee topped with Irish Whiskey and a layer of cream on the top.
It is served by pre-heating the glass, adding the correct and sweetened coffee and finally adding the lightly whipped cream.
Sometimes, but quite rarely, spices such as nutmeg or cinnamon are added to the coffee.
