There is an election going on and the right wing party UCP is full of conspiracy theorists who spew all sorts of garbage about vaccines while wanting to emulate Florida where there are brutal anti-lgbtq laws being rolled out. These politicians buddy themselves up with actual white supremacists and hate preachers. It is really surreal, unbelievable, yet it's here and they are doing and saying these things. Super disturbing. I wanted to express myself because almost everyone in the small towns is under the spell. I was able to generate some rap back beats with artificial intelligence so I can quickly write out some words. I already wrote another tune! Now I know it's time to roll these songs out and have the conversation.
The video is in a dark room, I am wearing a bit of a costume. I want to do another take of this song soon. This is the version I put out on tiktok. As I go along I will get better. I sent the song to a couple people already and they really like the lyrics! I thought the video went pretty okay. I am getting stoked to do and say more. I have been away from posting on social media awhile..
