I have always been making something. It was the first time I went for one project, an instrumental electronic approach. Back in the Myspace days I used to write blogs and the project was called The Synthetic Underground back then. It used to be more loop based tracks. I made a compilation of those ones in the releases called Synthetic Reconstructed Memory volume one and two.
So yea some songs above are from early 2000's and later!!
Around 2018 I was able to afford a computer and an ipad. So I started making more music. I was busy and stressed and went to music for release, by listening and making. The ipad was good because it was easy to make stuff up and portable. Now I gotta keep practicing. I got an interface, guitar, mic, computer that can make an easy to go music kit for anywhere. All I need is a place to play. That's been a problem, I feel I'm getting over the hump and I manage.
So this album is experimenting with the programs I tried out.

I try to be funny and experimental with how I am feeling, make it kinda glitchy and wacky. Lately I've been trying to add my own vocals, that has been allot of fun lately. Now that I've made more instrumental for a longer while I crave some poetry to go with the soundtrack.

The album has 10 songs on it. This is the first music that I put out that made it onto college radio that I'm aware of!! I think that is so awesome. I came back from open mic at the pub one night, I listen to the college station then 'cause they play good experimental/electronic stuff at night. They announced my song and it started playing!! It made for the perfect night after performing something at the pub!!

I thought it was funny when the radio announcer tried to pronounce it. I come up with allot of nonsense titles.
I think I did quite well with the first full album of exclusive electro. I'm able to make it so I'm sort of jamming with myself and not editing it too much. Now I'm doing a bit more with some more structure. First it's like I'm just trying to get the hang of the sound so I gotta make allot of noise!! That's what Synthesis Underground is!

I'm making the songs a little shorter. May make some longer ones again too. It's taken me a long time to relax yet I feel a shift, a lift, after writing this post I feel more pumped to dive right in again! The sun will come out more and the fuller moon helps right now. Almost like hitting another clarity milestone in life's journey. Getting confidence to tell my story, and/or the story in a few ways. Music helps.
