Day 4: A song that reminds you of someone you'd rather forget

This song strongly reminds me of a certain person I lived with for many years. And no, that was not our song, it just came from that time.
To forget this person, no, I do not want to and cannot do that.
There was a time when I had wished for it, but now I am glad that it is not so.

Dieser Song erinnert mich stark an eine bestimmte Person, mit der ich viele Jahre zusammengelebt habe.
Und nein, das war nicht unser Lied, es stammte einfach nur aus dieser Zeit.

Diese Person vergessen, nein das will und kann ich nicht.
Es gab eine Zeit, in der ich es mir gewünscht hatte, aber jetzt bin ich froh, dass es nicht so ist.
