This music was released in 1997, and I can remember it playing during the Summer and on MTV as if it was yesterday.
There is something about Sublime that is unique. This band was a mid-1990s Punk and Ska supergroup that I always enjoyed. When Bradley, the frontman, died at 27 I was heartbroken.
This is a song about accepting and appreciating what we have. It is about love and loving and what that means in our lives. We can spend our days coveting and envying others, or we can appreciate what we have.
Take a minute to listen to this song. It's unique and very soulful. I love Reggae and Ska.
